Hey man the folk here is right... both the picking and the singing are good! Let me say you this, you shouldn't be scary to "scream" a bit, to sing louder and higher I mean. It helps while singing the blues... (and in many cases you won't need to change the original melody as you did with that Blind Blake's one :P). Don't mind what the neighborhood would say, just scream XD
Real nice picking DD. You have the power of Blake's bass nailed. It's more than just getting it on the beat. There's a push that not many people nail, and you got it. Not to mention the double time. Wicked cool.

As long as the singing is in line with the
song it's OK to sing. Go on singing.

I knew you could do it--great work on the vocal! Your playing is superb as always but adding the vocal completes these pieces.
I had the pleasure of hearing RGD live--it is a joy to see someone play Blake & the Rev so well.
Thank you & keep on singing.

After watching this video and doing some research, I decided to get a Loar LH-200. Thank you for your great playing, sir!

Wow fantastic! Don't stop the singing it's OK.
I've been trying to pick these Blake songs out for some time, how did you learn these?
Love the way he switches to double time and you have nailed it perfectly. Have you checked out Lonnie Johnson? Suppose you must have. All the best.

Excellent work - voice is really good. ALmost a cross between Jack Johnson and Eric Clapton vocally. Definitely a compliment! Love it.

Fine version, not too many people are able to tackle Blake in the key of G.
Singing is like guitarplaying : you'll only get better if you practise!

don't worry about your voice. It's fine.
and of course your playing is wonderful.
Is this a hard song to learn? It looks tough.

Yes, it's very hard to learn i spent a lot of time trying to reproduce that style and sound.
Thanks for the comment, glad you enjoyed it,
