when i try to split the screens i don't have the option to mask. is there a different way to mask or to get the masking option?

@spypotato Are you using Pro? Or a Movie Studio version of Vegas? Believe Pro is the only version that includes the Mask option.

if i'm recording two people talking with two cameras and each camera pointed at one person how do i edit it on sony vegas so that which ever person is talking thats the angle the camera will take?

@DylanW216 First, with the video grouped to the audio, I'd import the footage from each camera and drop it into the timeline. Then, with them stacked, I'd align the two audio tracks, listening and looking to ensure they were synced. Once you've got the two separate audio tracks synced, I'd ungroup them from the video tracks: from there is just copying and pasting new video tracks, making sure to first align the new video tracks from the beginning before cropping. Get my drift?

Two things thanks and what if you were doing two different guitar parts and wanted it across the middle and will it pick up both sounds or not it will just do one sound at a time
