If you are a new incoming Freshman at FGCU you can expect a great deal of assistance, but once you are no longer a freshman and seek guidance or assistance - you are nothing more than a bother. My daughter has been having to research on her own and discovered various student benefit options she was not informed about, which includes scholarships and tuition waiver opportunities.
They do not live up to the image they represent in the video. My daughter found a completely unfriendly admin staff - specifically those that are in the position of guidance and admissions. You are on your own - do not expect any assistance from the admission staff and financial aid.
