My favorite movie series are Alien, RoboCop, Jurassic Park, Die Hard, Rambo, James Bond, X-Men, Rocky, Lethal Weapon, Spider-man, Batman, Mad Max, Indiana Jones, House, Evil Dead... BUT each of these franchises has at least one weak part while all 3 Back to the Future movies are brilliantly done. I adore this trilogy - pure masterpiece of cinematography!!!

Can I ask something about the print on the discs? Is the image of Marty for the third films blu ray disc cover a low resolution or look kinda grainy? Because mine does and I was just wondering if it is the same with this edition as you can't tell from the video.

@twocanplayatthat Mine is quite noticeably grainy on the third disc and a little on the second. Its just the image of Marty not any other images on the disc. I just though it looked kinda odd when I got mine but It doesn't really matter. I actually ordered this edition from the UK ( I live in New Zealand) but it got "lost in the post".

@twocanplayatthat I had to buy the only edition you can get in New Zealand which is the lenticular 3d cover one.- Just the discs and thats it, and the actual case isn't cool, its just a normal BD case. (Though the cover is). Cherish that edition, as you can no longer order it for a reasonable price.

Damnn your case/ package is better mine's alil diff !! I thought the transfer onto blu-ray looked great !! the sound in DTS-master audio sound's amazing . I just saw part 1 and when Doc was controlling the daloren with the dog in the car , And wow it sound's perfect :)

i just bought it on amazon uk and it said it was supposed to be 44.97 euro or 59 american dollars not including shipping and when i got to the checkout it said it was 55 dollars TOTAL. does this have to do with me importing it cuz im happy. im getting it anytime from Nov 6-12

That's because all prices in the EU include the VAT. If you import something to a non-european country, you don't have to pay the tax, so it will be removed.^^

Good review. It is a superb boxset and I couldn't wait for it to arrive. I have two of these collectors tins as I had ordered one of the collectors tins and one of the DeLorean editions which were sadly not sent out due to the poor quality of the DeLorean model packaged with the collectors tin. HMV sent out another collectors tin with a separate model of the DeLorean (which is on its way as I type so I don't know which model this is yet) to customers who had ordered the DeLorean edition.

I bought the US back to future trilogy when it came out on tuesday after watching this video and seeing how much better the UK version is I ordered the UK version which is 1000000 times better! and sold my US one to reckless records. GREAT REVIEW CHEERS!

While America gets....amaray cases, and the occasional BB "steelbook exclusive" that comes along once every year. I heard FYE is getting an Inception steelbook here in America, though. Hopefully we see an uptick in collectors items like this in the future.
