  • @RushFan413 Six shows in 2010. Unfortunately none for the 2011 leg but plan on hitting it strong in 2012

  • Wow, these videos of Rush make me want to go to a concert that's coming by me in a couple days. You had amazing seats. Too bad I can't pay for tickets. :(

  • IEM's don't just provide monitoring, they provide hearing protection and the ability to isolate very specific mixes for each band member.  They all take very specific mixes which would be hard to duplicate with regular monitors.

  • If they have trouble with In Ear Mic's why not switch back to monitor speakers like in the 70's and 80's ? As a tech junkie myself I know them to be MUCH more reliable.

  • Gump reported that Neil went to the cans instead of the IEM's because he was having an "inner ear issue". He's been using IEM's for years and I doubt he'd want to go back to the bike helmet/cans and all that weight.

    That said I know Alex has been having problems with his IEMs, especially at Red Rocks where one died on him and I've seen Geddy reach for his when he's struggling to stay in pitch.

  • lol Neil hates wearing in ears so he's using head phones :) I could tell he hated those in ears all along, at the show I saw him at the chord was bothering him near his ears so he put rubber tubes on them so they'd face away... he must have had a really big itch behind his ear or something :S
