317's are genernally very slow and shouldn't really be used on expresses, they are about 30 years old

you were lucky to see a non-stopping 313, they are very rare

There not much slower if at all. Same top speed and just about slower at acceleration.

317s are can do 90-100mph and are actually 25 years old and not 30 mate. :-p
