I think HBK would come for a tag match here and there. Especially if it involved with any of the other Kliq members. I would love to see Scott sober up and get involved back with WWE. I thought he would have been the perfect manager for Carlito when he was in WWE.

@ruggedroots1 sorry for ranting lol. Like I said, I do see your point.I'm very big on not trying to be biased one way or another and look at things from all sides
@DUBtheTIGER No need to be sorry. I love a good wrestling debate. Im actually a fan of HHH but I think that he is very overrated. Let's be real. If you can sitdown and say that his marriage to Stephanie has had no benefit to his career, then you will be lying. Triple H is one of the few people that can Headline a WrestleMania and People would forget.
@ruggedroots1 Of course it benefited his career! He's gonna run the company one day, enough said. But that doesn't mean he doesn't know the business enough to handle the job. People say the only reason he's won the belt 10+ times is because he married into the family, but really, if the Rock never left, he'd have won the belt 20+ times by now. Shawn Michaels too, do you know how many times he turned down a title run since his return? HHH could have the belt any time he wants...
@ruggedroots1 but I think that says something about him too...Yea, he loves to be in the spotlight...that's why he jumped on the CM Punk bandwagon, no doubt about it. But when you consider how much power he has, I'd say he stopped reallllly abusing it years ago. If anything, he was more of an asshole between like 96-2000, when he still had to fight for his spot and had Kliq support.
I think he's somewhat overrated, but I also think that IWC fans give him too hard a time
@DUBtheTIGER He still abuses his power. He starts off Raw every week with10 minutes of airtime. As soon as CM PUNK got hot, he took up all of the camera time with him. I thought he was his best in 1998-2000 because he was given the torch from HBK and made DX bigger. But ever since Evolution, he has abused his power so much. Im a huge fan of the KLIQ. I was one of the few people that was happy to see Kevin Nash back. Triple H has always needed a group to stand out
@ruggedroots1 hey brotha, I'm not disagreeing. Unlike most who run him down, at least you're making solid points. My favorite Triple H was that era too, 97-2000. I wouldn't say he always needed a group...argueably his biggest moment was WM18, but I do think he loves to hop onto whatever is hot at the time. I hated Evolution personally. And hell yea, Kliq4Lyfe! Nash is the man, and is maybe the most underrated big man, especially at the hands of the IWC and the belief that we know everything!
@DUBtheTIGER The only problem with Wrestlemania 18 for HHH was that is was headlined with the Rock vs Hogan. Only thing that Evolution did was keep Ric Flair relevant for a few years and put Randy Orton and Batista on the map. I would love to see a Team Kliq at Survivor Series. It would fit prefectly since its at MSG
@ruggedroots1 In a perfect world, hell yeah! If there was a Team Kliq and they lost, I swear there is NOTHING that could ever make me watch wrestling again! Sucks that HBK's retirement seems so definite, especially now. Btw, I think Hogan-Rock was one of the most underrated matches in history.
I was thinkin about this the other day...Scott Hall said that he wants to call matches on Raw, wouldn't a Scott Hall/CM Punk announce team be fuckin SWEET?! Wishful thinking, but I'd love it
@DUBtheTIGER I agree with you. But think about this. Triple H has held the Belt the most since 2004. Havent most WWE fans (above 10 years old) been complaining that the company been very stale. Triple H has a great mind for the business. He will probably go down as the most influential wrestler ever. But he will never be able to say that he was ever the absolute top guy in the company
OK sooo yeah I wasn't watching from 2001-2004 and Im assuming thats when this happened... Was this the start of evolution? What was HBK response to this?
@supervilla06 hbk fought triple h at summerslam in an unsanctioned match and won, triple h beat him up bad after the match hbk didnt return until November and won the world title from him, but lost the title the next month at Armageddon in a 2/3 falls match. Evolution was slowly forming wast made official until January. Ric Flair became triple h's mentor at unforgiven which is a month after this video and later on in the year flair started to manage batista and orton returned from injury
Just go on to wikipedia and do some research about the attitude era until now and it will be all the wrestling history you will need to know. Cuz if you don't know about the Ministry of Darkness the Corporation, the Invasion of WCW, The Austin McMahon fued or Masked Kane then none of this means anything and everytime somebody does a cross body chop you are not allowed to WOOOOOO!!!
@ruggedroots1 Come on, this was a sweet heel turn! Let me guess,Triple H is only successful because he married a McMahon and he held young talent down?
1) His main event push started WELL before he got with Stephanie in real life
2) Almost every (but not all) top guy tries to stop other guys from taking their spot. Austin, Rock, Michaels, Hogan and plenty others, the list goes on...
Idk why people give him so much shit. He's not the best, but pretty damn good. AndTHE Attitude Era heel.
@DUBtheTIGER Here we go. Triple H was not THE HEEL of the Attitude Era. MR. MCMAHON WAS. For a person that is a 13 time champion, he never carried the company like Hogan, Michaels, The Rock, Stone Cold (and I hate to admit this) Cena. Thats why he was always the #1 heel, because he was good enough to be the number top heel, but not good enough to be the top guy.
1. As a wrestler, Triple H is not entertaining in the ring. He doesnt do anything that gets any pops.
@ruggedroots1 First of all. You're absolutely right about Mr. McMahon. I was thinking solely wrestlers, but he did have some matches so I can't argue what you said. As for carrying the company, I'd say Triple H was the top guy for the Ruthless Aggression era, but with the brand extension its hard to make a statement like that. He was at least the top guy on Raw (02-05). As for HHH in the ring, I just mean that he knows wrestling, but there IS a difference between that and knowing how to WORK...
@ruggedroots1 So, I certainly see your point. I do stand behind the rest of what I said (his main event push, his reputation for what he did while at the top, and most importantly, that this was a sweeeeet heel turn...but maybe I feel that way because I grew up on DX and Shawn Michaels was my favorite wrestler as a kid).
I still think that people give Triple H (AND Cena for that matter) wayyyyy too much shit, just like how others give them too much credit
It was a long time ago kiddies. This is after Micheals came out of retirement. The matches that he and Triple H had were greatness. And I don't care what anybody says Triple H is more enjoyable to watch as a bad guy.
Which month was?
