First that quote was from 1965 when the vast majority, including the scientific community, thought homosexuality was a mental disorder.
Second. BYU is privately owned and operated by the LDS Church. They have standards that they expect their students to adhere to. No alcohol, no drugs, no non-marital sex, no smoking, etc.. If you cannot adhere to those standards then apply elsewhere.

I think it is significant to note that Romney never flip-flopped. Rather, he just flipped.
Unlike John Kerry--who was against, then for, then against again--Romney was for abortion, and then saw the light and became pro-life.

Their scriptures, for example, hold Baptists, Methodists, and Presbyterians in the worst possible light where these groups are named as apostate, abominable, corrupt, and far from God (cf., The Pearl of Great Price, Joseph Smith—History 1:19-20.).

First of all, foreign policy should not be a main topic of policy concern these days, unless it deals with having as little to do in foreign affairs as possible. First you should deal with domestic issues the most, just like my boy Paul says.

How about some real issues of concern like Guilani using federal funds to pay for his mistress and her dog or Huckabee pardoning a rapist because he "found God." Ya those two definitely sound like people I want running my country. Try focusing on real issues and over look all of the stupid crap like religion. Those who say Mitt Romney is a flip-flopper are dead wrong.
Mitt is clearly a man of conscience, seeking to do what is right and best for the nation. Mitt's stance on abortion -- fully Pro-Life -- valuing life over death, and being morally against the homosexual agenda, are proof of his clear consciousness, that should help him to lead the nation in a more positive direction. For that, along with his fine record, he should be commended and elected the next president of United States.
