In my opinion it has the same problem as the Lexus LFA. It has too many odd angles, intakes, and spoilers.

It doesn't look elegant. Sure it's fast but I'd rather have an Audi R8.

Well then it's disqualified as a supercar and should be referred to as a dedicated trackday-car.

Barely road-legal but crushingly fast on a track.

I want me supercars to be elegant (reference the 911 Turbo, the Audi R8, the Lamborghini Gallardo and Murcielago, the Ferrari 599 and the 430, not to mention the Pagani Zonda F).

If a car sacrifices looks for performance it is no longer a supercar in my opinion. That doesn't make it bad. It just bumps it down my wishlist.

I think we lost each other on opinions.

I mean I think the Zonda F looks good because it manages to make naked Carbon-fibre look good (instead of a large checkered area it has a sort of wedge running down the car it actually looks good). An I love the Zonda interior. Yeah red might be a bit shouty but all the detailing looks gorgeous.

And yeah the F40 was spartan. That's why I've always preferred the 959. THat managed the same sort of power without sacrificing that much.

I too like a crisp, direct driving experience. Just not all the time. I'd like to be able to blast round a circuit but also be able to just lie back and drive the kids to school (a Porsche 911 would be perfect here). I'd also like it to not look too flashy with loads of spoilers, intakes, wings and the like (the Lexus LFA or Gumpert Apollo are particular offenders in this field).
