  • I really like this form

  • Very nice. I love the authority with which the cuts and thrusts are made; they're rigid and strong, yet they don't sacrifice the fluidity of the form.

  • Stance is known in Xing Yi as San Ti Shi, and while it varies between styles, it is the most important aspect of Xing Yi training

  • beautiful sword form... by the way can anyone tell me the name of the song please is beautifull too

  • single edge

  • hey... those kind of stance... i never saw someone switch stance to another like that.. what kind of stance is that? I don't use those kind [ it doesn't look like someone could trip you easily.. huh ]

  • stances are not fixed, they are transitional positions. focus on the movement, not the static pose. you can generate alot of power from those stances. im not sure, but i call it coiling power. you sink but twist without necessarily pivoting your feet, then you can explode everything you have in the opposite direction. like a spring

  • While everything kempobrad said is very true, stances are a good thing to know when you're starting out. This stance is in the taiji style I do, because it takes elements from xing yi. I've always heard it called a "tucked knee" stance. I know, not very exciting.

  • grace, power, speed.. excellent.

  • nice,..video!!!is this you??
