$92 up front seems like a reasonable price IF they don't expect people to continue their subscription past the initial period or to play very long. Last they admitted, very few players make it past level 10. So from their perspective, this is a great moneymaker.

The 100$ price for 4 games is right. I don't feel they need to lower it.

So far I have only bought the basic game and the first expansion, BC. It will be fun for months, farming the Auction House until I hit max gold limit on my main, then bringing one of each race/class (no DK/goblin/worgen though) to level 70. Once I reach that goal, and if I am still interested in the game, I will get WotLK and bump all my alts to 80. Once that goal is reached, Cataclysm time!

Man I didn't know we had to pay to play a game with our friends and enjoy a game. I understand the subscription and the paying for the game but it's ridiculous how you have to pay 40 buck to buy old boring content....supply and demand you have a high supply low demand there should be a lower price. And then with the dungeon finder and you realID friends? That should just be included with the 15 dollar fee already. I agree, WoW costs too much now a days. Me and my brother have bought totally 3 accounts, all with WotLK. For us swedes we can get it to about 700 crowns (about 70 euros), PLUS the subscription fee. Too much, even tough you get +200% exp and a mount..

I dont see why people complain so much to blizz about premium services. blizz took the time to build this game an modify it. in essence its their world if they want to charge people to play it they can, not necessarily good for business, but they have that option. if you want to build your own mmorpg you can charge people whatever you want.

I don't use these extra services. In my opinion if one of my friends isn't on my server and wants to que dungeons with me they better server transfer their ass over to my server. None of the features they make you pay for are that interesting and I actually wondered how many people actually use them. Also, I have to agree with a price drop for the other Expansions. 30 to 35 dollars sounds reasonable and if you buy that bundle you should get 10 dollars off Cata.
