DEFINITELY. If you watch carefully most of those punches are to the face, chest and stomach. SOME, of the moves are illegal but I'm sure one WING CHUN punch is more than enough to knock someone out in ufc, given they are good wing chun artist.
too many moves action holds etc in wing chun and kung fus are illegal in the ufc so you cannot test these martial arts to their full potential in something like the ufc. i would however like to see someone incorporate what moves etc are legal and use them
He meant in a situation where the opponent is not only genuinely trying hurt him, but also trained in arts other than Wing Chun. Personally, I'd like to see it too.

my sifu trained under sifu wan kam leung....but our wing chun club here is just starting so we make do on what we have.

Currently learning under Alan Graham and I absolutely love this martial art. Hope to become as good as the Sifu when I'm 64. :P
