Where is Sinoe? I may be visiting there in March 2009. Is it still likely to be dry then, or can we expect rain?

Looks like it's the short coastal road through Rivercess County, I use to live in Sinoe, and yeah I traveled on that road, and got stuck plenty of times.
Good video, I wonder who were in that car....
