HOS: thanks for posting these vids, BUT (ibeen told that everything that cones after a "but" is BS ;p) nevertheless, no mention on how to assemble the plastic-- vis-a-vis--the metal washers-- on the "tank-mounting bolts". ie which washer goes on firstl which last? 2 or 3 washrs per bolt? video shows rubber gasket below the bolt head,then, metal washer goes where??
