@FutureMarine1775USA it's in the museum with the city of ghouls. It's in one of the offices, but i think you need a high lockpicking lvl to get to it. Try getting the Head Of State quest and it'll help lead you to the general area of the gun.

funny thing about this game, when I first bought it, I hated it and was trying to sell it to one of my friends, but the ones who had a 360 like me, already had the game. Then on a vacation I was taking, I started playing it again, and slowly it grew on me to the point that I love it and have play it over 3 times already with two expansions.
