The one time I had a parcel delivered from UPS, I had ordered an xbox 360. They came to deliver it when I was on holiday. At my holiday home I checked the tracking to see it had been delivered, 'signed for by Edmund' (me). How confusing. On getting back, it turned out they'd left it on the ground in front of the house (and its a very busy road, the main road, anyone could have taken it), in the rain. By a stroke of luck a friend walked past and saw it and put it inside.

I won another victory yesterday, I tried to have UPS hold the package at their depot, they rudely refused, told me if the shipper doesn't call then they will not do anything. SO I call the shipper, he is none to happy that is how I got treated,he got on the phone with UPS and me, and told them point-blank he is pulling all of his shipping from UPS and going to FedEx. He sends out over 30000 packages a year! :)
