@CanuckPolitics I am not a Harper basher I would vote for him because of the fact he defended Israel and that he wouldn't sign the copenhagan agreement however I also listened to his speech at the g20 summit which suggests from his own mouth that he believes in global governace as he put it...I am not sure he can do anything about one world currency even if he wanted too but if this is so refer me to the news articles which show him stating that....

Every single G20 country and virtually every country outside the G20 is running deficits. Canada's deficits are tiny compared to the rest of the world's.

In comparison, Canada's national debt is a $805 billionish Keep in mind that we have a much smaller population,is around $21,055 USD/Canadian

All Western nations are moving towards "global governance". There has been a rise of incredible wealth, for a very few. A ton of people are taking to the middle ground. But there is still a terrible amount of dirt poor people, starving to death while we pat ourselves on the back for helping corporate CEO's filled their bank accounts with billions. There is no "enough is enough" thought process in the capitalistic system anymore. The money only helps the system work if it's being spent. I don't see how these people are honestly trying to change this.
