that's a good method, but everyone in my area stopped hiring, or they aren't hiring teens, and are looking for people with atleast 5 yrs of work experience which I don't think any 16 yr old has. It's harder on college students. Everyone young is just being pushed out by older, and more experienced people, but people that are past retirement age. Also you have states where companies go out of their way to sponsor foreigners. Hell CiCi's Pizza does this as I talked to the manager and he said this.
