Most people around here don't get it. This thing may soon allow you to carry more than 100 kg of equipment + run at 20 kmph for the whole day. These are going to be used only by special units because of its cost. Of course wars will still be won by courage, determination and field improvisation as we can see in current Affghanistan etc.

So yes, this is crap but crap useful for some specific tasks.

1) Running with it is MORE difficult, it cannot copy human motions well enough to make it any easier, only harder.

2) It's is for carrying more equipment.

3) It lasts for about 1 mile of movement, which if your in the militry is not helpful at all. Special forces certainly will not use it.

4) Good luck getting it out of mud...

5) Cant swim in it.

6) If one of the exoskeltons limbs are damaged... your unable to move. Best get praying ;)

And if you suggest mounting armor on it, I would point out that there will always be a bigger gun capable of penetrating that slow, clumsy, armored target.
