Heard this in the supermarket...YO the grocery store playlist was way better cause they kept saying my favorite part "you tell yourself your not my kind/ but you don't even know your mind"
My dad was an old school rocker/r&b fan and i followed in his footsteps. I learned this solo when I was about 12. So much of today's "rock" just doesn't have the soul of old gems like this.
@blackpearl961963 I was backstage on the San Jose, CA leg of that tour —The drummers were, original Dan drummer, Jim Hodder and, as you've been discussing, Jeff Porcaro —They mirrored one another down to hand motion and cymbal crashes, for the most part —It wasn't like Butch Trucks and Jaimo from The Allman Bros —More like double-tracked drums —Very unique and very powerful...

even two drummers can't equal the genius of one Jim Gordon!

Well, they have 2 drummers? So now we don´t know who´s playing, or are
they playing together sometimes?
Nevertheless, one of them is JEFF PORCARO! And HE has a really good
groove!
