@jwllong - Old Buzzard; find the old Doc Roberts recording (probably on Document) or the newer Roscoe Parrish (on Heritage records) - newer, oops it's probably over 30 years old! A fabulous tune.
Is this the same Mike Bryant from Tennessee? Love your video about how you got started fiddlin', and this is another great tune. Never heard it before, but I love it. Always seeking out new tunes - boldly going where no tune's gone before. Got it on my To-Learn List. I just started into oldtime fiddlin'. Always loved the fiddle. Played bgrass for 30 years and I've recently acquired a fiddle from the family of a former band-mate who passed away. Captivated by it. Any advice for newbies
@beardsly I just record 'em and upload 'em to share OT music in general. I'm not Mike. Keep lookin' for answers, tho.... one of the points of this channel is to promote adults learning oldtime music and/or dance
i only wish i could find more of bryant's music!
