Flip the glass over tomato hold tight and flip table. Here you go :)

Easy, flip the glass over the tomato and start swirling it round.

The tomato will continue spinning round the glass when you lift it because of the momentum.

Flip the glass while the tomato is spinnig and it will soon stop and you get a tomato in a glass with only using the glass.

Easy.

Put the glass over the tomato and spin the glass around, and because of centrifugal force it'll keep spinning and stay in the glass when you pick it up

hold the glass over the tomato, then flip the table over. But maaybe that counts as touching the tomato with something?

no, but it counts as touching the table, and you can't touch anything but the glass

Put the glass over the tomato and spin it around in a circle so that it moves the tomato around with it. As the tomato picks up speed it will climb the wall of the glass due to centrifugal force and the fact that the walls of the glass are convex. When it has risen up into the glass you can quickly pick it up and flip it over on to its base and the tomato will be in the glass!

roll the tomato using the outside, once it picks up speed put the glass in front and let it roll in. then stand up the glass.
