hey they already have a tv deal; here in the uk on the fight network(used 2 be known as the wrestling channel) and its been on there since 2004 when the channel started so thats kinda killed that idea. yeah they arent as up 2 date as they used 2 be but still good and they still have the deal

and no roh is the best indy around so thats what makes them diffrent from any1 else tv deal or not

All they gotta do is get show just to Hype up PPV's like a 30 Minute show and show a lot of RoH Classics and stuff on TV

RoH is so much better than TNA right now but there missing a TV Show to go up against them and WWE

It'd be a bad idea for them to get one right now.

They need to keep doing the PPV's and build up their fans/following and make sure they are financially fit (most of their money is from DVD sales) before they get a TV deal in the US and such (remember, they have one in Canada and I think maybe the UK).

I'd be surprised if they didn't have one within the next 5 years though.

If anything at all propels ROH from the indy circuits to having a television deal, it will be focusing on the stories and developing them a little bit. I don't mind it at all as long as they continue to put on the best wrestling show for my money.

You know, I htink that RoH is starting to try to change thier product due to criticism they've gotten in the past when they don't need to.  Thier becoming a little more storyline based that I've known them to be, but for RoH to work RoH style, thier superior wrestling has to take priorty. I don't think RoH is going down the crapper by any means, but I miss the days when the highlights of any RoH wrestling show was great wrestling with little gimmicks.

I don't see a problem with adding a little sizzle to the steak. To me pro wrestling is a lot more than just two guys fighting it out in the ring. if i wanted just that, i'll watch some MMA. To me, pro wrestling should provide great action, great athleticism, excitement, suspense, and good wrestling-focused entertainment without the with just a slight dab of childish fun so that we're not overwhelmed with everything else.

But ROH does not need to lose sight of what brought them to the dance and that's the incredible in-ring work. They can have sensible storylines as long as the wrestling is top notch. I think it would appeal to more fans if you gave them storylines and reasons to get behind a wrestler all the while keeping the wrestling at the level that it is now

Ive recently started buying dvds of roh to get over here in the uk(we do get it on the fight network but they have got really behind so decided 2 get dvds ) and so far ive loved them even the most average match is better than most wwe stuff i still watch wwe and tna tho

Go to their website and look through the DVD's section. I suggest buying some of the PPV's, because they are good at getting new fans into ROH.

If you are looking for a long "regular" show, check out the first "Supercard of Honor" show from 2006. You are better off buying a PPV forst though. Get either "Man Up" or "Driven"
