I was a Child of the 70s. I remember as a todler and eventaully as a 5 year old boy that Mars were testier and sweeter and used to scoff a lot down my throat to the point that I lived eating these as they were my favourite. Eventually it made me FAT as an 8 year old boy in the 70s and you know how cruel kids can be back then.
happy days when not only mars bars but all bars were bigger, tastier, and value for money.... young people today cannot see the change but its a world now full of profiteering big time.. even sweets, choc ices, biscuits, cakes etc etc etc have been reduced in size and quality for this purpose... no joke..
Why do they call them Mars Chocolate bars?
