My Grandma took all the money out of my savings account and gave it to me. Then she told me to hide it in my house. You reminded me of that when you said you put your money between your mattresses, because, right now, I have all my money between them--mine, not yours, obviously.
She's kind of... loopy(?) sometimes. When she gave me the money she seemed convinced that someone was going to break into the house to get it, so I "better hide it good." (Her words, not mine.)
Totally just dropped a plate of fettuccine alfredo on the floor while watching this... Just thought you should know. Yes, I catch up on youtube videos while eating dinner- it's sad, I know. It's entirely possible that I'm addicted.
I agree with AnIrrationalRatio, I'm kind of glad I have no money. Kind of. Not that I would be unhappy if I did have money.
Not the fettuccine alfredo! In all honesty, I would probably eat that like 3 times a week if I could! :-)
Yeah, we were actually talking at "work" today about how glad we all were that we didn't have a lot of money! You know if the economy does tank (which I think is only a matter of time now...) we won't be much worse off than we are now!!! HA.

I have heard some good stuff on this whole thing...but nothing actually fixes everything and from a global P.O.V. the financial sectors are banking (pun not intended) on this bail out.
It's a gyp, but it's all there is. So, I know that it's good on the whole, but it devalues the dollar and it forces the average Joe to pay for some rich execs' mistakes.

I got ya - but you are right...
I don't think anything is really going to FIX this problem.... maybe band-aid the gash... but fix the problem... I don't think do.
I just wish there was less guess going on, but then again, I suppose no one really knows what the hell is going on... or what to do about it! ~~ S
