  • Could u send me the list of the swap

  • YES i have a cobra swapped motor with the eaton on top in my mach one its not hard

  • I love superchargers.......man I wish I had one!

  • oh and by the way a twin screw supercharger is a roots type blower, the kenne bell is a roots type blower... i.e. the twin screws

  • @jcostiga01 sorry buddy, but roots and twin screw are totally different. not too much different, but different. kenne bell makes a twin screw.

  • @jcostiga01 roots type blowers = Eaton supercharger. the eaton is not a compressor, rather it is an air mover, air is pushed along the outside of the screws and forced into the motor

twin screw blowers are far more efficient, they are true compressors the air is pulled in between the screws and compressed, a far more efficient way to induce air than with the eaton.

kenne bell is the same way, just an autorotor casing (square and flat) whereas the whipple is in a lysohlm case (Eaton like)

  • you can add a roots type blower to a mach 1 it goes under the shaker, ported on top of the engine... they make brackets so you can put the shaker back on top of the blower. Some ppl just take the shaker off completely which is retarded cuz its a mach 1 and it should always have the shaker. centrifugal superchargers are just more popular with mach 's cuz ppl dont want to have to f*** with the shaker. plus u get more HP from a centrifugal charger

  • Hey, I have a question. How can you add a roots supercharger on a mustang mach 1 without taking off the shaker hood scoop? Or do you only use a centrifugal supercharger (the one that looks like a turbo) and not use a roots supercharger at all? Plz reply.

  • Idk, this is is a centrifugal type supercharger and I have only seen centrifugals on mach1's.

  • Oh, ok. Thnx anyways man.

  • @FireCraze

check out mach 1 registry there are a few roots guys on there...

  • @FireCraze my brothers 2004 mach 1 has a kenne bell 2.2 twinscrew, the shaker is bolted on over top, not really funtional but the hood still manages to close and all. total sleeper you can barely tell its supercharged.

  • @fuckinfrankwhite I've seen one with a KB and the shaker bolted on the top before, any chance your brother is in Colorado? I want to supercharge my Mach but I would never disfunction the shaker...Theres nothing like the way it shakes when you accelerate

  • @MysticDMBherb were up in canada we live in vancouver, he actually just blew apart his bottom end a little over a week ago, hes gonna get a stroker kit for it, ill probably be putting up videos when its done its a pretty nice car its screaming yellow, you should look into turbo kits from hellion they have nice systems and they come with a maximum motorsports k member and all the other needed parts to fit it

  • @fuckinfrankwhite That sucks..I'm thinking to keep mine N/A. But if I change my mind, I'd want s/c over a turbo

  • @wajalama you can put a kenne bell on mach 1's you just have to mod the scoop to stay attached to the hood. dont go roots supercharger go twin screw like the kenne bell

  • @wajalama you make a special bracket that mounts to an eaton or if you get a whipple you mount the shaker to the hood.

  • @wajalama I've seen Kenne bell's on mach 1's. it can be done. But it wouldnt be as easy as starting with a GT or a Cobra.

  • @wajalama yes you can. Look up Kenne Bell Mach 1's. You have to make brackets for mounting the shaker to the blower.

  • @wajalama you have to make a set of brackets like most guys do on the eaton swap and bolt it to the blower. Or you can attack the to the hood from the underside.

  • @wajalama Yes. Most roots types will even still allow you to keep the shaker. Search Kenne Bell Mach 1 on here and several cars pop up.

  • @oxjmaups2005xo nice post man but it isnt anything i havent seen before! do i know how to post pointless comments on youtube? no but the question is do i care!

  • lol nice

  • @oxjmaups2005xo The point is, you saw the title of the video, the thumbnail image, and you still decided to click on it and watch it. I happen to know the owner of this car personally and I can honestly say that this video does NOT do the car justice. This run was on pump gas, he makes north of 750rwhp on race gas. This was on 14psi btw. ;)

  • Sounds really really clean and nice...very well done! My car is too damn loud and I wish it was that quite at 600hp!

  • Nice looking Mach

  • A friend and I completely took it apart and switched to a Cobra upper and lower intake manifold, Vortech Supercharger system, Vortech fuel pump, 4in. Power pipe, ect ect. Also replaced all of the 14yr. Old wires and hoses and really clean out the carbon build ups under the intakes. Its coming along well, itll be back on the Rd. in a few days and Ill make a video of all the before and after. If you click on my username you can see the Grand National.

  • I appreciate all the advice but I posted that comment right when I got the car, once I tore the engine apart I did realize that with our domestics an engine is basically an engine like you said. Aside from the wiring, and placement. Well, and aside from imports.. I cant work on them and dont care. I just dont know them.

  • hey its my car, 614 last year at car craft, it was spinning on the dyno. around 650 rwhp now

  • Maybe you could give me advice. I'm new to Ford Racing cause I've had a Grand National forever, I know with GM all best, smartest upgrades to do when it's stock.. I have a 5.0 94' GT convert. now with Bolt on's like Air intake an the trottle body and 3.73 gears but I'm looking for serious power.. What are my best moves with this car? Fuel system, Cam, Heads, what? "All opinions are welcome".

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA. OWNED.

  • well I can't believe someone who has had a Grand National needs advise, besides those cars are something, I know Ford isn't the same but I believe it's kinda similar anyways, most Mustang owners cam their cars, so that's something you should probably do first, and I don't know how much power it gives the exhaust mod, but at least it sounds awesome when you have Bassani and x pipes on a Stang, my car felt way lighter when I put flowmasters 40 series, so that's a must too, but those are basics.

  • I know my advise isn't anything out of the ordinary, but hey, that's what I've seen, besides, you should ask the owners, whenever you see a video, send a message to the owner of that video, it will probably be the owner of the car, hope I can at least be of some help

  • nice mach 1 love it, check my out

  • Man does she just wanna run right off that dolly!!! lol...Let her loose i wanna see more...Cause ill be puttin a Paxton 1220 Supercharger in my Mach this winter...
