I got news for her.. you do have to do the research on your own... most doctors in North America are absolutely clueless about vitamins and mineral and enzyme supplementation.. lay persons read one book and think they have the info they need .. nope.. you have to read and amass a massive amount of material to get the "logic" that each person needs .. some day it would be nice to see science work for the brain .. so far .. no go..
I take a supplement and it seem to be really good. i have asked a couple of doctors to check it out for me and they really don't want to. I guess they don't believe in it

If you really want to check the quality of a supplement,
contact the manufacturer directly and have them send
you an independent 3rd party Certificate of Analysis
(COA) to verify their stated claims. If they do not want
to provide you this important information then do not purchase their products.
