A Corolla is sold every 40 seconds. It's still the worlds best selling car. Toyota is the worlds largest car maker.

@kyleisreallycool I see your point, but that really the problem. My point was that if he hasn't had one break down on him, he wouldn't need to buy eight of them, and he probably wouldn't want to waste money on a new car when the old one still works:

The Corolla has (only) been in prodcution since 1966, so that's the earliest he could have bought the first. This was made in the mid-to-late nineties, so lets call that a 30 year period. That averages out at ~4 years per Corolla at most.
