you have to download a thing called CoD Tool v1.5 and then download xplorer360 then get a hard drive transfer cable which is free if you call up microsoft >>>0800871102 and say agent and ask for a transfer cable and they give you a cable for free then when that comes just look up on youtube how to do the rest
