I watched a (European) peer download 100% of a 95GB, in the same item I downloaded less than 0.5%.. in a period of 24 hours, and I have been downloading the same file for months and months off peak just so I don't have to pay $100 for data. So depressing!

1. The internet package itself is 50 euro's (60 dollars?) a month), in combination with digital television and telephone it is around the 80 euro's a month

2. I recommend CAMTASIA

3. The internet packages of this company are pretty cheap compared to others.

UPC is only active in the Netherlands with these packages I Think...

But my files only download at 500-600kbps

Shouldn't they download at speeds more like 6,000kbp/s or 6mbp/s?

ISP is UPC. I really don't know if america has this kind of speeds. This is only in europa. (The Netherlands now).

Yes there are ISPs in the US that have these speeds, the problem is, most of the US is rural and it costs a LOT of money to send fiber long distances. Europe has the advantage in that it is geographically smaller
