She's quite good, and she has good video presence. However, she doesn't quite know how to use her voice. For example, the way she falters when she changes registers—it's something many people consider "cute", I guess, but I find it distracting. When you hear first-class singers like Barbra Streisand or Michael Bublé sing this tune, you realize how our standards have fallen since music has become so visually-oriented.

Do u remember when u were a little kid u will stay all night waiting for santa an see if he came and then the next day u get wat u want for christmas then be happy think about the kids who don't get a christmas or have stuff or kids with out love one and mom and dad in war!! this song always makes me cry when i hear it. Christmas was always more fun when you believed in Santa Claus. i remember waking up on Christmas morning and running down the stairs and seeing all the presents under the tree. and the cookies were gone . i was so happy and always got that warm fuzzy enchanting feeling in my stomach as a little girl. now i help my parents wrap he presents and eat the cookies and drink the milk. that feeling went away and i miss it. i wish Santa Claus was real </3
