@loveshinealight I hated the portuguese song I still do the whole year was not very good musicallywise really bad songs in overall no depth and no effort to really bring out the best each country could give in terms of their musicallity. Compared to 1985 or 1986 the ESC in Belgium was just a dissapointment. Italy and Ireland were the only countries with top quality entries which among 22 really is depressing. It's almost like today's ESC imagine only 2 good song among nearly 40 countries? LOL
