  • We, in Yosemite, are still covered in snow now too. I'll send you a video from tunnel view in winter of the valley in snow. Amazing how the seasons dramatically change Yosemite each year. It is an amazing place.

  • Your videos are always so beauitful and you always put such beauitful music to go with it. Thank you!

  • man i cant wait to go to yosemite

  • I def want to go here someday with a couple of my friends and just stay here for a week. loveeeee nature ! nice footage!

  • Nice video.

  • You do fine poetic work. Keep going.

  • Hey Bridgette, I live in VA but lived for two years in the Fresno area and visited Sequoia, Yosemite, and Kings Canyon Parks as often as I could. I enjoyed your video it brought back those memories. Maybe for my 25th birthday I will head back out there for another visit. Thanx again.

  • Nice vid I love the outdoors

  • hey thats cool. going to the west entrance means you went by my house to get there. yay!!!

  • Lovely train shot.

  • Just so you know, THE best pizza in California can be found in a little mini-mall in Oakhurst, on Highway 41 South of Yosemite. The name of the place escapes me, but everybody in town will know what you're talking about if you ask.

The WORST pizza in California is Perry's Pizza in Bishop.

  • miss daisy tree video without dance off comment equals video that missed out on being a little more funny.

    peace be with you

  • Marry me now Brigitte!!!

  • The was cute and I rather enjoyed it

  • Why was it gross to see a deer crap in the woods? You poop, I poop, we ALL poop!

  • Great video! i loved it

  • 0:48 - 0:50 so cute.. Brigitte you have an incredibly great artistic directing vision when it comes to making short movies!

I loved this one, you are great!

  • That was the best fiesta movement so far!!! If you overlook that awesome "Emulating Audrey Hepburn's style" video. But next to that, it was RAD.

  • nice.

  • You're a winner!!!

    You're THE winner!!!

Olga found her key and got her car back!!!!!

    Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yosemite!!!

Here in Northern Wyoming when you go to Jellystone National Park you always see Yogi Bear and Boo Boo too!!!!

    5 stars!! ~:^)

  • The trip was for the Fiesta Movement, but was it also a date?

  • Brigitte,

You are an inspired genius. Thank you for making this video. I cannot express home wonderful that place is. It is like a well spring of life for California. I have been to Yosemite 3 times and I've only see a sliver of what's there. This year I hiked up Half-Dome with my friends. I hope you try it on a future visit.

Every time I leave Yosemite I miss the place and think, "that's exactly what I needed."

  • This is by far the best video i have seen i a long while. I have allready been there in the park, but i will sure go again some day.

The ending of the video is just perfect. I am so happy i subscribed to you.

  • That was a great mini tour!!...:)

  • Yosemite is awesome! I was there a year ago almost to the day. It was nice to avoid the summer crowds and enjoy the cool evenings. The initial draw for me were the mountains (and wasn't disappointed), but what really blew me away were the sequoias in Mariposa Grove. It's nice that you featured them as well, I think a lot of visitors overlook that part of the park. When I see such old, majestic trees, I wonder at how the world has changed since they were little saplings.

  • so the deer peeing in the woods. funny thing. I just saw one doing that... it looked like a kangaroo.

  • that is so true!! I had the same thought.

  • You condensed 2 days in less than 3 minutes, awesome. As always your music choice is perfect, and you know, your videos put me upside down.

  • It's hard to believe you didn't graduate from some fancy film school, but have chosen to tell your stories using simple equipment available to anyone. Rub it in! The Fiesta looks right at home on those curvy roads. Assuming Maddy was your makeup artist, camera operator, grip, and caterer, shouldn't she appear in the credits?

  • Your voice is rather manly there at the beginning.

  • Whoever that was doing your opening narration had the PERFECT voice.

  • Got some serious vertigo from glacier point in this video lol

  • Yosemite looks wonderful!

And WOW, you really sounded like a man in that beginning narration. O_o

  • WOW! Totally added to my list of places to go next Summer when I travel America...It's beautiful!

  • One of my favorite places to go camping as a kid... nicely edited as always B.

    Cheers... J.

  • I have never seen a deer go to the bathroom either. thanks for showing me what that looks like.

  • all the sudden i feel compelled to buy a ford and drive to Yosemite.

  • wow, I'd love to go there when I make it to LA. I've lived in Norway by the fjords and I'm always amazed with spectaculat landscapes such as that and this, growing up in very flat southern sweden.

(saw my first mountain at age 23.... I know, not good, but I climbed it, and could look out over the mediterranean sea at sunset, I was blown away)

thank you for making such an inspiring video

    you rock

  • so how much stuff was cut out since ur so anal about what goes in front of the camera and what stays behind so people don't see it?

  • Beautifull video! Except for the pooping deer :-)

  • Nice job. I went to Yosemite only once, in my little red car. Road trips are fun, especially in a reliable, fun car.

  • Brigitte, what a great video you made! It looks like a lovely place!

  • Great travel video log :D

  • Wow was that 2 blended video's awesome job. When i visit colorado my favorate thing is to go to Rocky mountain national park. I have a special place to sit and enjoy the view. I,d love to live where there's awesome mountains all around me.

  • I once checked out some issues of "American Cinematographer" from one of the libraries on campus at the University of Washington. One issue had a picture on the cover of a guy standing on the little precipice atop Half Dome, pointing his camera straight down the rock face. It wasn't until I opened up the magazine that I realized that guy was my uncle! Yosemite is his favorite place in the world. He's climbed all of the major rock faces there. Just outside of Yosemite is Oakdale. Any relation? :)

  • Your incredibly talented. I really enjoyed it. Thank you!

  • Nice video!! I liked the end when the sun was coming down and you could see the land as you drive by, very neat.

  • hmm my husband wants to go on a road trip when he gets back from Afghan....maybe this would be a great place to go. It would probably be about a 5-6 hour drive for us too. hmmmm I'll have to talk to him about this. :)

  • Gosh. This video left me with a similar feeling to that felt after watching Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind - arguably my favorite romance film ever. :D

  • that is an AMAZING movie. makes me happy and sad and melancholy as many times as I watch it.

  • Very well done.

  • You must have spent a lot of time setting some of those shots up. It was totally worth it because it came out really well. It had that travel video quality to it. Really nice job.

  • Nice to see you're getting out of the city now and then. It's good for the soul.

  • At least it wasn't a bear pooping in the woods. That would have been worse.

  • Never been but then I have Fundy National Park nearby. East Coast Canada.

  • Glacier Point is kinda scary,I'm not a big fan of heights, that's why I live in Minnesota. Our moutains are miniscule.

  • Brigitte, I have to say that you make the best videos. And to top it off, you're absolutely adorable. Thank you.

  • Yosemite = Immensity!

    Great infomercial, Brigitte...

  • Your videos are works of art.

  • nice vid :D

  • That's hilarious that you put the deer peeing in this video. I'm so glad you got hooked up on the Fiesta Movement Project.

  • Loved the train shot in the end. Great work. Looks like lots of fun. I miss the weekly videos Brig. My weeks arent the same without a few quips from my favorite,

  • lucky girl

  • I love that you got that deer on film... it looks amazing there!

  • Great video :) Well edited, loved the music and the narration you gave. Makes me want to go to Yosemite, despite my hatred for all things outside.

  • Great video Agent Dale!

I particularly did not like the ride in; I think from the info booth all the way to the campsite it took about 40 mins or possibly and hour of windy driving. It's so worth it, though. Heading back out is also a bit scary, because some of those windy roads have immense drop-offs with no rails,, ekk! It's all quite a sight to see, glad you had fun nature girl!

  • cool

  • Hello,Brigitte,

That was a very eye opening video. And I thought only bears "pooped" in the woods. You have helped many city dwellers realize, everything in the woods, poops.

I wonder if you thought of BASE jumping from that lookout point, with a parachute? 3000 feet is quite a drop.

  • lol

  • Nice video Brigitte! :)

  • dear and...squirls

  • Wow! :O I'm about 70 miles away from Yosemite! :)

  • this rocks :)

  • This was a really awesome video!
