  • @mustumaam

Ya its not the way u make the sweet, its done differently............... this more like shahi kukda

  • Thank You very much Vahchef...

  • u r really excellent u teach in vry simple ,easy n in best day

  • ou need to learn the act of providing correct measurements and temperatures, random or approx quantities like "2 packets"," little bit of milk"are absolute rubbish way of teaching people who love to cook. I like your end product but you need to make changes as in mentioning right quantities and talking slowly. You have a thick accent and its difficult to understand but i really try hard to follow so i can cook Indian food being british my love for indian food is never ending cheers.

  • what is a treadmiill?

  • this guy is amazing

  • i like aimost all of your recipes n the way u cook.

but if u see the same recipe by EDEWCATE cooking by alkaji , i think thats much better.that s in the name of SHAAHI TUKRA. THANKS.

And other my friends are also following your show.

  • Sanjay im hyderabadi too....double ka mitha is made very differently frm how u made it. i live at towli chowki. if u have a restaurant in hyd...can i have the location and details...i wud love to visit u.

  • till now how many double ka meetha's i made, this was d best among all d double ka meethas ,thank u vahchef...

  • that's alot of nuts

  • Excellent Dish however I'd prefer cooking my bread pieces golden and less brown. My fiance cooks all that i teach him to. My Dad has always cooked at least once a week...slow and stady i guess Men's approach to getting in to the kitchen is changing.

  • Men cook :p , but they rarely watch how to's or anything. I and all my friends except 1 (his mom doesn't want him to) cooks :)

  • bread to bhaiya jala diya :(

Today's my 20th Wedding anniversary. The double ka meeta made the occasion most memorable. My parents in law, dad and mom, wife and son, were simply bowled over by the delicacy. As I type this message of thanks to you, the whole crowd is watching your show. Thanks a lot once again Sanjay.

i have a question, can i toast the bread in the toaster instead of frying it in ghee...i have to watch my family's cholesterol. Please reply. Thanks

  • Wow! That looks delicious but very, very rich!

You said that you are disappointed that most of your audience are women.....I am disappointed that most PAID, PROFESSIONAL cooks are men.

  • @Marian52 well said :)
