the fact that he still sounds this good almost 21 years later just astounds me. He is a vocal god as far as I am concerned and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves in years to come.

Uh, who did your math? AFI didn't release anything until 1993, and even then, those were limited to the hundreds of copies. Their first album didn't drop until 1995, and they (now) sound nothing like they did (then). I love it all, started listening to them in 1999, and still support them, but spouting false facts makes those supportive of AFI's shifts in direction look foolish.

@RandomCL well pardon me for being a few years off. I am sure that he was singing in this fashion before their first release anyway. but still its clear your loyal to the band and I'm sure we can both agree that they are a great contribution to music.
