This is absolute deceiving nonsense.

Chaga, like all mushrooms keeps all its components inside its chitin cells, yeah, chitin, that's what mushrooms are made off.

Humans cannot digest chitin, so if you want to benefit from the healing components in e.g. Chaga, you either need to boil your tea for many hours (heat breaks the chitin and releases the active components) or buy an extract that clearly indicates the percentages of e.g. polysaccharides and betulin are. So no alcohol tinctures either
