This video pretty much confirms that Flynn is part of a new wave of Disney princes. Like Edward and Naveen, he's a charismatic but self-centered person who's VERY aware of his good looks and charm. And it's up to the leading lady to deflat his head. :)

A Disney artworks exhibit is coming to Melbourne, Australia in November, and I've gotten the opportunity to work as part of the installation team. SooOOooo looking forward to getting a look at the 'Tangled' artworks. And everything else, of course. [insert here big goofy grin]

What can I say? Lifelong fan. This movie could be made out of putty and I'd go see it. And, quite frankly, the vaguely stop-motion feel of the characters is something I'm kinda digging.

@CurtDogg Disney has been poking fun of itself and inserting pop culture references into its movies since 1997 [Hercules]. As the first Dreamworks movie was released in 1998 [Antz], I'm not sure why so many people seem to think that Dreamworks has a copyright on ironic fairtytale/myth retellings and snarky male leads. Phoebus pre-dates every single Dreamworks animated male, and he had plenty of attitude. I think "Disney production" has come to define the IDEA of Disney, not the reality.
