I went to court to fight our foreclosure. Judge didn't care that the bank didn't have the mortgage note. Great how there's a 'contract' without any proof of it then 'copies' of it.
I hope you keep fighting. My judge did the same thing. He let them sell the house at a trustee sale even though I gave him proof they didn't own the underlying loan they claimed they did. They claimed they were the sole owner and beneficiary and I got proof from the FDIC that they LIED. I'm still in my house and I am suing them in state court and federal court right now.
@TPOCS I need to learn a lot more about law before I can ever hope to win a case vs fraudulent banks. I received a letter from Chase Bank about several programs they offer if I need mortgage assistance. Expressing how they want to help me to avoid foreclosure and asking me to call this 800 number immediately. I call and Akmeed answers from a call center in India. He doesn't know what the hell I am talking about and I can't reach anybody that does. I wrote Chase by Certified Mail to request help and they never replied. They have no intention to help anyone. Only to help themselves

Grayson isn't perfect by any stretch. He nails a lot of truth but he also backed the insane Health Care bill. How someone can be so right about so many things and so wrong about others blows my mind. He's telling the absolute truth about this. I have been fighting a bank that has been absolutely lying and committing fraud for over a year. The bankers are stealing homes day in and day out. Most all banks sold their interest in loans a long time ago. They have no ownership rights and yet they are waltzing into court posing as the lenders and STEALING HOMES.
