  • mmmyea..not for fights..but if i ever get in a self-defence stance...

  • Wats the name of the song in the Intro? Im looking for it a long time, but didnt find anything :(

    Please Answer me! Thanks!

  • du hast keine ahnung ^^ du hast ya nicht mal eine dekung ^^

  • using your lat for a punch? the lat is a pulling-muscle, not a pushing-muscle! you will just use it while pulling your hand back to your body

  • love russian accents

  • buenas tecnicas

  • I loved his video.....

Q: can someone explane me why does he do this shh sound???

  • @karanikolakis

you have to breath out in a kick or punch, i don't know exactly what is does, but in my case it helps me get a rhytm in my punches and breathing

  • @karanikolakis Well i know what it does and it has nothing to do with rhythm, in kickboxing you have to exhale when you throw a punch or a kick because if you miss your target and you get hit in your body you have already exhaled and it wont heart ass much because you don't have any air in you longs.

  • uhh... Your boxing jab was completely wrong, it was more of a Thai Jab due to your elbow being out for incredibly far. In boxing you keep your elbow in throughout the jab. Regardless I still like your video's :D

  • Is kicking boxing more of a sport or self defence?

  • @elsalvadorplaya

    Sport.

  • @elsalvadorplaya sport. but i guess in a fight it would help to know how to throw a proper punch and kick, and not that fake ass kung fu shit

  • @JEG803 That's what you balieve when you let the TV {and probably the videogames} form your opinions....

  • Whats the purpose of the "PSHHH" sound???

  • @danielmartinex you should always breath out like that when you hit

  • @DJFreaser na its just breathing for not getting tired you can also breath normally just dont open your mouth or they might break your jaw

  • russain roles..

  • i have those shorts

  • Realy nice lessons, My trainer lurnes the same things

  • He's using this jab like a girl. Pulls it back and i walk in and slap him. The training tips are cool though. And come on! I'm sick of seeing flab on so called masters. DX

  • bad boxing skills man..

  • he keeps making noises

  • this guy explained it really gud for a Russian! good video

  • RAOS PRODUCTIONS is the BEST.!! :D

  • Why are all Russians good at fighting techniques? D':

    Love the tutorials

  • thx for the video

  • Wow... did he say Lats?

  • wtf....he don even know the muscle his using....

    lats....???? wtf...

n that guy know nothing of boxing...

what he did just a variation of the jab from boxing..

its called the ficker jab...that one can KO someone if done correctly...

the normal jab can even do KO...

  • Learn your anatomy before you comment. Do you not know where your lats are????????

  • nice video

  • i took a jab on yer lack last nite.........

  • dude in the second kind of jab you dont use your lats, you use your triceps and pecs (and the hips legs ect.) your lats pull your arms towards you.

  • that jab also hinger it is a boxer jab, flicky and quick with NO power. get your points but no knock out.

  • your stance is rong i've watched a few vids of you now ad everything you do is wrong your stance as a kickboxer should be a 45 degree angle.

sorry to be critical but as a teacher your teachings are wrong, i hope you don't belong to the wutan clan of kickboxing.

  • wtf this isnt trigonometry this is kickboxing no matter what they teach you most of the time when you step in a ring everything goes out the window and you gotta improvise depending on your opponent and everyones style is different you cannot teach someone how too do something with measurements it would be like telling a submarine pitcher that he throughs wrong and has to pitch over hand or it would be like telling mayweather his stance is wrong because he almost never lifts his hands

  • @650sFinnest Thats why kickboxing is being trained for your whole life. Thats why you cant train for 2 weeks and then think you know everything because you're good at hitting a heavy bag. You train this type of sport for 10,15,20 years, so every move becomes natural to you.

  • yet mayweather is nicknamed pretty boy because he doesnt get hit in the face yet his hands are always down

  • @dsedean

no hes not wrong your thinking of light contact fighting(points fighting) which you stand at 45 digrees but he is demonstrating semi or full contact fighting

  • @dsedean If you look at most of the K-1 or Muay Thai fighters there stances are only a little more closed off then what this guy is showing. What you describe is more for a standard boxer who doesn't have to worry about defending kicks, knee's or clinches. Most European and/or Asian fighters open there stances some not to mention keeping there guard higher then your normal boxer.

  • Hi is russian ?

  • yes he is russian

  • FEDOR!!!

  • i like the exercise with the double jab. It looks like that can really condition your balance and help keep your hands up. I disagree with what people say here though, I believe power starts from the ground beneath you, not the core. The core is important, but not as important as knowing how to throw a powerful punch from the ground to the target.

  • I am boxer, and i know what i am talking about. I can say only one thing - this trainer is overrated. His is instructions is not to skillfull. Believe me.

  • post some vids then

  • Give me the dig.camera and i will.

  • well it's a great workout and makes a ot of sense but i would practice good form though

  • Awesome instruction!!!! You are a good teacher! Everything starts from the core! Form is the key! Love it!

  • I just started taking classes with this guy- he is excellent! Very knowledgeable and a great teacher...

  • Great instruction!!!

    I love this demonstration!

  • thanks...and there is much, much more on the way!

  • Beautiful demonstration of the Jab. Konstantin is an awesome trainer for anyone trying to learn Kickboxing. Thanks for this Video !

  • Great video! Very informative!

  • This is a great video! Will prove a powerful learning tool for those interested in kickboxing!

  • awesome!! love the beginning entrance thingy

  • "Kick" ass :-) I personally like the "watch in High Quality" makes the experience that much better!

  • That's a good informative kickboxing video. I've been training for about a year now and that video covered a lot of the basics that can be difficult to grasp.
