I listed to Ferraro and Buchanan last night, and agree that what got BO his initial entree with the media was that he was a new and exciting type of black leader we hadn't seen before. What he did with that entree is attributable to his talent. Other black leaders (Mosley-Braun, Jackson, etc.) had opportunities on the national stage, so BO's achievements are not just because he's black. Also, I agree w/S4life that Hillary's campaign is way out of line.
