Not true, asshat maker of this video. Your family got the money back without a struggle. Even though a contract law is the most rigidly upheld in courts where commerce is the issue, the company didn't want the trouble, so they paid it back. So what is your problem?
Unfortunately, some people will ignore the warning signs and dismiss the concerns. I have personally seen this. It becomes a situation where these investors are the architects of their own misfortune.
I hope SEC or consumer protection becomes better
