@toneage7 - Why do you assume my charicature of your imaginary friend is meant in a bad - bad way... I use the name "bad" Jesus in a good way :-) Maybe you're the one that's being judgemental if you think about it a little more. LOL@ badjesus666. you're a moron, Ive come to realise that most people that hate on God have shitty pathethic lives and act like they dont... or have severe trauma from infance... "the slaves shall serve" LOL EVERYBODY is a slave.. some to work, some to their wives, some to money , Satan , God. dont think you're any different if you cant even explain your reason behind death bro...
@DEliteZz - I've come to realize most Christians are superstitious tards. What god are you talking about? Zeus, Mithras, Thor, Krishna, Hesus, Amen Ra, Harry Potter? I'm going to assume you're one of the Abrahamic "faiths" and we all know that "faith is believing what you know ain't so" (Mark Twain.) In the Abrahamic religions you're a "servant" a serf to "god" which is really just your religion, your church, your religious leaders... that's who dictates your life, I dictate my own. Cheers.. :-)
@badjesus666 Im talking about a Creator. The word God can be deceiving. but to deny the presence of a wayyyy higher power than our immortal selves is just dumb and arrogant. you dictate your life? Really? what happens if you get cancer right now, get your face smashed by a bus, no sir, you do not dictate your life.. you may think you do, but if you cant explain why you die, or hell how does semen that lies in your balls turns to fully grown Human beings in fully detail, u really dont know shit..
@DEliteZz To claim to be Gods chosen people is also intensely arrogant, wouldnt you agree? You are not special elitezz - if a god exists, which he doesnt, then by all means he probably hates you.
Ever eaten shellfish? According to the bible, your going to hell.
Ever worn clothes made up of more than two different types of fabrics? Then according to the bible, your going to hell.
You should be thankful your imaginary friend is just that buddy.
@DEliteZz EVERYBODY is a slave??? Bahaha im sorry sir but speak for yourself and your fellow 'church' goers. go back to sleep or at least to that blind mindless worship of the 'imaginary man in the sky' you call god
@monsterboy96 satanic you mean? one must first believe in 'god' in order to believe in the 'devil'. i do not worship the devil if that was your reference there ^. if there is any sort of 'god' in this world it'd have to be the sun. think about it, 1. i can actually see it. 2. it makes the earth sustain life providing heat and light. 3. it wont send me to hell if i break any one of the 10 commandments.
for a video that involves drugs and religious beliefs in the same video its not any where as funny as i thought it would be.... news is sill boring even at this level
in such a strongly altered state of consciousness you can harm yourself and others without being aware of it...I think this kind of drug should be legal in controlled settings; but I find those people that post comments on how we all should be able to use whichever drugs we want whenever we feel like is rather ignorant. And then these same people will argue that it should be legal because it is a plant.,the fact that its a plant is irrelevant to maintaining the safety of others in a society..
@nebulasxtv drugs are not always man-made. drugs are any substance that alter the normal bodily function, so magic mushrooms are in fact drugs. its simply ignorant to say alcohol and mushrooms have similar effect on perception
@TheMrAlwaysRight Native indians passing a peace pipe was a tool used in their spirituality, likewise with the mushroom was used as a coming of age experience substance. This grows from the ground ,their fore is a natural to the earth and requires no fermenting or preperation like alcohol, and hard drugs cocaine ,he-ruin ,ecstasy crack or pharmaceutical tablets.labeling mushrooms as a drug denotes a negative connotation.altered state of mind wether from alc or mush requires maturity of user.
@nebulasxtv you only perceive it as having a negative connotation, whereas others may not or be neutral. Many drugs are encouraged by society...it does not matter if the drug was fermented or artificially produced; its still a drug if it alters normal bodily function, so I will continue calling it a drug because it is one by definition. no matter how mature the user, if the state of mind is altered beyond a certain extent they lose all control and are prone to make harmful decisions
" Its Clear that a substance like this can be very dangerous anything that distorts the way you see the way you are seeing the world can result in panic ( bad trip) and you may engage in activities that may b self destructive and without even being aware that you are doing it. WHAT HAHAHAHA Lmao
it's funny they make everything that are plants illegal. wierd though the drugs that our ancestors took are illegal. our ancestors are in a more religious high than us. the more "man" does the worse. feel and observer the world. chem trails if you don't know about them search that up also search up ufo orbs/jesus hybrid alien, Bohemian rituals, and lastly history of pyramids across the world. Our world has so many unanswered questions yet no one cares. everyone continuly goin n cycles break em
@bigboss727 its opening your mind beyond comprehension, there really are no words to describe it until you try it for yourself, but definitely an amazing experience and one that nobody should leave this earth without having at least one trip.
the fact people think that we can find "god" in a pill is ludacris. I believe in the power of humanity and the human mind. "god" is in all of us for we are all one.
we cant find God in a pill, psychedelic, or any drug, but Jesus Christ can reveal himself to someone while someone is on a drug, just like he can reveal himself to someone while not on a drug. the effects of drugs alone are different and less genuine than the grace of Jesus. and the goal is to receive God aka his grace and to be one with him and others, as the powers of evil are not one with God and God does not have fellowship with sin aka death aka hell. thank you for reading friend.
God is in drain cleaner, too. God is the cleaner. Bohm, the physicist, said that Reality is an indivisible whole. If it is a whole, then He is everywhere, no.?
Anyway, this is immaterial: Why don't you go into the dark with 5 to 10 dried grams of the Strophariad and come back to me with the paraphysical data you've mined.
And don't treat me, or anyone else, like a moron, if you please. If you had paid any attention to the quality of my prose style, you might have realised that the proper way to deal with me is respectfully. And that can be extended to anyone or anything, sentient or no. Have a bit of respect, friend.
why does it have to be someone named badjesus666 who posts this? I am not a Christian, but just by that name you are turning many away from believing in the message that this video portrays.
@whotookmypiewtf I'm not a Christian nor am I promoting Christianity... I could care less about converting Christians or anyone for that matter. I posted this video for informational purposes only.... The slaves shall serve...
@badjesus666 not converting Christians, but judging by the fact that about half the world is Christian, Christians are going to see this video and immediately be against it and its message only based on your name. I don't promote Christianity, but i would rather have there support than not.
@whotookmypiewtf I'm a Christian and have found mushrooms to be very very helpful. Please acknowledge that all Christians aren't your intolerant close minded idiots. i don't understand why there has to be a division between the two i find them(bile and mushrooms, not organized churches) to go hand in hand.
@toneage7 if you read my comment, i actually said, nice video but why does your name (the person who posted it) have to be badjesus666 and that judging that half the world is christian christians might see it and automatically dismiss its content just because of his youtube name. i do not claim any religion, but understand and tolerate everyones beliefs. i would rather have christians support than not.
@whotookmypiewtf I totally agree I was directing it at the poster although I'm still glad badjesus666 posted it. Was just pointing out the irony along with you:)
@IngolfurArnar Similar story here also, it really hammers home your truth about reality, makes you see things so much clearer and indepth, i can't praise them enough, and imho every adult should try them at least once in there lives, just to allow them to feel how beautiful the universe really is, and not just how beautiful you think it is.
Its natural to fear the unknown and thats why people can feel anxiety from mushrooms, peyote, LSD, etc. but that passes when one realizes the true beauty of life.
One day I forsee Shaman Centers of sorts, where people can learn about entheogens and their spiritual use, and have a safe and positive-vibration place to experience it for the first couple of times. Perhaps this will be a friend's living room, or a more official center, as people train to become modern day Shaman, but as with these subjects who were prepared for their trip months in advance, set and setting and understanding of the process will help positive use of entheogens by the masses.
Too bad the topic of responsible consumption wasn't discussed along with the "potential for abuse" and admission that anything that changes your perception of the world is inherently dangerous.
It's important for all of us to have good friends that we trust when we go to alter our consciousness. Whether that be with alcohol or magic mushrooms or pot, it's important to be responsible and have someone with you who cares about you to help "talk you down" if you get nervous.
the kingdom of heaven is within YOU! not through religion. that just segregates people. mushrooms show you that we all live here on earth connected, knowone is better than anyone, equal, all one breathing together and that all the things we have are just polluting our minds. society today is what has made people depressed. the way we live our lives of destruction. without a second thought.

This is a civil rights issue. If this puts you in touch with God and the government supresses it, then they are trampling upon the principles America was founded on. This must change.
@ledbowman Ummmm... Your stupid. If killing a kitten helps you get in touch with god, should it be a civil rights issue? Just because something makes you feel like your getting in touch with god it should be legal? Your acting like a religious fundamentalist. Im a weirdo, iv done PLENTY of psychedelics, but you sir, are talking stupid. Powerful psychedelics if legal should be regulated, for now, use at your own risk and risk to those around you, without the consent and support of the law.
@ybyainc - No, killing kittens should not be legal because that's... killing kittens; it does harm to another. Taking mushrooms does no harm to anyone except possibly the ADULT taking them. There is no reason for that to be illegal, especially if it carries spiritual value for the person.
@ledbowman No, your still full of shit and not respecting the power of psychedelics. Almost always, when one person is harmed, it does harm to others.. like 4 people i knew who did a lot of acid in high school and ended up being mentally ill, one committing suicide, caused their families grief, stress and financial challenges. Your stupidity is like that of Timothy Leary. Any drug as powerful as LSD, psilocybin, mescalin, etc. used improperly can and DOES fuck some people up BAD.
@ybyainc - That has no bearing on anything I said. Just because some minors took "a lot" of LSD in excess and fucked themselves up should not completely void the rights of adults who use it repsonsibly. I am quite aware of the power of psychedelics. You're basing everything you know on the bad decisions that others made and totally overlooking the positive effects that can come from responsible use. The few who fuck themselves up on should not ruin it for everyone.
@ybyainc - You must have reading comprehension problems because you still haven't given one solid argument as to why people who have spiritual experiences with psilocybin should be forbidden to do so, while people who "speak with God" by more "traditional" means should be allowed to do so... It's repression.
@ledbowman You have comprehension problems in general. Its not a matter of having the right to practice religion, its about consuming a mind altering substance. Religious belief has no effect on basic law, . (separation of church and state) What the law does not forbid, it condones. The law should not condone total freedom for people to consume powerful mind altering chemicals. Im fine with regulated use of psychedelics but for the law to condone open and free use of it is just idiotic.
@ybyainc - People who pray on their knees with thier hands under their chins to be "in touch" with God have every right to do so in this country, so it's hypocritical to say "this harmless spiritual ritual is okay, but this one is not." Freedom of Religion. To stamp out a certain way of practicing spirituality is a violation of, as I said, civil rights and the very reason America exists. I'd say you're (not "your") the stupid one if you don't see that.
Or as Terence McKenna said (so much more eloquently than I): "We're playing with half a deck as long as we tolerate that the cardinals of government and science should dictate where human curiousity can legitimately send its attention and where it can not. It's an essentially preposterous situation. It is essentially a civil rights issue, because what we're talking about here is the repression of a religious sensibility. In fact, not a religious sensibility, the religious sensibility."
the bad experiances aren't real products of the drug itself, but the atmosphere around its use and the user. if someone takes a substance that does help you understand yourself and the world better, the problems they had buried in thier minds will show themselves, often for some it is terrifying.
people can be so ignorant. hundreds of thousands of scientists looking for answers about our universe and yet the ways we could easily see things that are real, just behind the curtian scientists havent learned. our true knowledge about these substances and thier potential is largely unknown by the public because it is looked upon as a taboo.
This shift away from religion to so-called spirituality is interesting. I know that there are many negative connotations associated with the word religion, but lets not forget that some of the first people to ingest magic mushrooms most likely did so among peers and within the regimented structure of religious rituals. Look at todays youtube videos showing peoples salvia trips. There is a ritual to the consumption, typically involving friends, a camera and shared laughter. Is this not religion?
shamanic/mystical approach to any plant based, including fungi, entheogens/psychedelics/hallucinogens etc (what ever term one prefers) should be allowed and even embraced as something elemental to our spiritual progression. IMO
I've thought and said the exact same thing. And I've put it into words too: It's like making a certain color illegal or making a certain shape illegal. Or clouds or rocks, even! It f*cking grows outside and it doesn't ask anybody's permission to do so. People shouldn't have to ask permission to eat any plant or fungus. Fuck that!
You really can't abuse mushrooms. Your body makes an immediate tolerance to it, so you'd have to take double the dose, etc., etc. Very quickly you wouldn't be able to obtain/eat that amount and would have to back off.
By the way, I'm an atheist and I love shrooms. They're not oxymoronic. In fact, a religious experience without God or religion is kind of the oxymoron hallucinogens give you.
My first hallucinogenic experience was without a doubt a top 5 life experience, second only to the first time I held my daughter. In both times I was able to see into the mind of something far greater than us, but at the same time, the same as us.
Psilocybe semilanceata (liberty cap) or magic mushrooms,i can only speak about them because that is the only one iv taken,iv taken them for over 20 years every Autumn i go picking THERE FREE :) there small 15 will get u up a bit,YOU NEED DIRECTIONS from your self as to how your trip will go,if your look for a loving god you may find THE 1 TRUE
GOD,i was born thick, fell out of a lot of trees on to my head when young, and no thicker,STATE OF MIND SHOULD BE
i recommend to all those who want to know God to pray before you eat the mushrooms and pray alone and ask God to COME AND DINE WITH YOU and beleive and then boil the mushrooms(about 10 grams) and then just drink the water---God very likly will show up and my guess is that is presence would be as strong as it was when he gave moses the ten commandments and i am serious--God is real and his presence tends to be really strong when eating mushrooms and God;s presence is just an awareness of God--
this is the only type of preaching I approve of as an atheist. Thank you for your insightful comments. Keep preaching the word of the mushroom. Every mushroom head I have ever heard speak of the God's Flesh has spoken with awe and reverence in their voices that preachers can only imitate, and poorly by comparison.
i have done alot of research myself on mushrooms-----------i tested many different doses and settings and i ended up finding myself In THE HOLY PRESENCE OF ALMIGHTY GOD and it was the #1 experience that I have ever had---------------------nothing compares to Gods awsome presence----------------I was babtized in the Holy spirit while on mushrooms and it is very common for me to end up finding myself dining and communing with the very spirit that Christ was filled with when he walked the earth--
Since the times of the apostles no one was send by God to communicate the Holy Spirit to people. People now days are usually being baptized in the Holy Spirit pararelly with the process of a strong intoxication, since God prefers not to force anyone to experience strong spiritual feelings in sober state, but reveals himself and his Son within people while they out of their own free choice are strongly intoxicated. Otherwise the path of God is sober, so God is letting demons plague addicts.
It truly is enlightening. Any Jesus freak can convulse on stage in from of a bunch of people and call it a gropping from the lord, but I have never felt so alive as while embracing psylocibin. BUT, you MUST embrace it for a good trip, stay possitive. Of all the research I did before trying them, I was in NO WAY prepared for the literal magic of this substance. i took a low dose cause I had to buy them but I had a blast , very short period of time with closed eye visuals at my peak. Much laughter
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
yes making oneself delusional and psychotic will certainly allow oneself to believe in irrational things, just as religion thrives off of people who possess these characteristics SOBER!
You can imagine so, if you open your own consciousness to self nature through stillness (meditation, relaxation) simply being still. Otherwise, yes psychedelics under a balanced mind shall enlighten if that is which ye seek.
I don't think you can ever imagine a level 4-5 psychedelic state without experiencing it through drugs. Level 1? Sure, with meditation. Level 2-3? Maybe, with lots of years with meditation. Level 4-5? Forget it :)
Religion had value when it was based on spiritual and mystical experiences. Fortunately cultures have and still exist that recognise that.... Sadly for those of us in the west have had many of our spiritual paths CRIMINALISED because they don't fit well will the inhumane capitalist ethos. Peace xx
Mushrooms don't make you psychotic, sir, nor do they make you believe in irrational things. They make you notice and appreciate things all around you that you take for granted and gain feelings of personal understanding.
@DarthHuru well the reaction when one is threatened is to fight back because your life is more imporatant that theirs. but to say just "kill" some people, i hope your being sarcastic, because to take another persons life means your viewed as and are a horrible selfish stupid and fucked up person and cant do much to fix it.
right...this is a prime example of how we as a human race are maturing SOOOO FUCKIN SLOWLY...When hicks said as a country we are at an 8th grade maturity level...It really hit home cuz its soooo true...
Trust what the mushroom reveals- there is nothing to fear but everything to learn. Bad trips can come from one resisting the experience. An intense wall of infinite energy/intelligence may close in on you from all sides. Dissolve the web of cultural illusions, face your demons, discover infinite love & beauty- liberate yourself. Evolve by confronting your ego & deep-seated issues. The mushroom forces us to be SELF-HONEST. This society needs to grow the F up & hallucinogens must be respected!
.....Christianity was the exoteric disguise of a secret mushroom cult whose original content was eventually forgotten. His arguments are not considered plausible by either religious or secular Biblical scholars, but we mention them here for their interest and boldness.
In a book called The Sacred Mushroom and the Cross, the Biblical scholar John Allegro broadens these speculations even further by the use of etymological arguments to propose that Christianity originated as a hoax in which the rabbi Jesus was invested with the powers and names of the fly agaric, the true body of Christ. In effect, according the Allegro, (continued)
Like in a ritual, I think an institution, governed by the people, not the government, should be insitituted to provide one or two trips for everyone during their lifetime.
One really has to question why are certain things illegal.
The structure of our culture is a rediculously unbalanced thing that doesn't see a problem with invading nations under lies to gain more control of wealth but sitting under a tree and realising one is in fact not separate from Reality is banned.
It is banned because if everyone saw this, they would see the rediculousness of our culture's goals.
The elite wealthy powerfuls want world control, not enlightened serfs.
ya, Like marajuana...its a fucking herb shouldnt be illegal. Like illegalising (lol?) marajuana or shrooms is like making all the plants/trees illegal to touch....
Once again, the Christian church lying to protect their power over people. Mescaline is like Psilocybin as a Jaguar is like a Yugo! That guy doesn't know a mushroom from his butt!!

In a debate on mushrooms.... "Sir, you obviously have the opinion that psychedelics offer nothing to society"
- "Well I believe they're a hanus drug that makes people crazy!"
"Have you ever tried them?"
- "Well no, that would compromise my integrity!"
"So, knowing what the hell you are talking about compromises your integrity?"

in such a strongly altered state of consciousness you can harm yourself and others without being aware of it...I think this kind of drug should be legal in controlled settings; but I find those people that post comments on how we all should be able to use whichever drugs we want whenever we feel like is rather ignorant. And then these same people will argue that it should be legal because it is a plant.,the fact that its a plant is irrelevant to maintaining the safety of others in a society..
TheMrAlwaysRight 1 year ago
@TheMrAlwaysRight A mushroom is not a drug first ,something that is man made is a drug.
Alcohol is available everywhere and relies on the same common sense in using a substance that alters your state of mind,
nebulasxtv 1 year ago
@nebulasxtv drugs are not always man-made. drugs are any substance that alter the normal bodily function, so magic mushrooms are in fact drugs. its simply ignorant to say alcohol and mushrooms have similar effect on perception
TheMrAlwaysRight 1 year ago
@TheMrAlwaysRight Native indians passing a peace pipe was a tool used in their spirituality, likewise with the mushroom was used as a coming of age experience substance. This grows from the ground ,their fore is a natural to the earth and requires no fermenting or preperation like alcohol, and hard drugs cocaine ,he-ruin ,ecstasy crack or pharmaceutical tablets.labeling mushrooms as a drug denotes a negative connotation.altered state of mind wether from alc or mush requires maturity of user.
nebulasxtv 1 year ago
@nebulasxtv you only perceive it as having a negative connotation, whereas others may not or be neutral. Many drugs are encouraged by society...it does not matter if the drug was fermented or artificially produced; its still a drug if it alters normal bodily function, so I will continue calling it a drug because it is one by definition. no matter how mature the user, if the state of mind is altered beyond a certain extent they lose all control and are prone to make harmful decisions

we cant find God in a pill, psychedelic, or any drug, but Jesus Christ can reveal himself to someone while someone is on a drug, just like he can reveal himself to someone while not on a drug. the effects of drugs alone are different and less genuine than the grace of Jesus. and the goal is to receive God aka his grace and to be one with him and others, as the powers of evil are not one with God and God does not have fellowship with sin aka death aka hell. thank you for reading friend.

This is a civil rights issue. If this puts you in touch with God and the government supresses it, then they are trampling upon the principles America was founded on. This must change.
ledbowman 1 year ago
@ledbowman Ummmm... Your stupid. If killing a kitten helps you get in touch with god, should it be a civil rights issue? Just because something makes you feel like your getting in touch with god it should be legal? Your acting like a religious fundamentalist. Im a weirdo, iv done PLENTY of psychedelics, but you sir, are talking stupid. Powerful psychedelics if legal should be regulated, for now, use at your own risk and risk to those around you, without the consent and support of the law.
ybyainc 1 year ago
@ybyainc - No, killing kittens should not be legal because that's... killing kittens; it does harm to another. Taking mushrooms does no harm to anyone except possibly the ADULT taking them. There is no reason for that to be illegal, especially if it carries spiritual value for the person.
ledbowman 1 year ago
@ledbowman No, your still full of shit and not respecting the power of psychedelics. Almost always, when one person is harmed, it does harm to others.. like 4 people i knew who did a lot of acid in high school and ended up being mentally ill, one committing suicide, caused their families grief, stress and financial challenges. Your stupidity is like that of Timothy Leary. Any drug as powerful as LSD, psilocybin, mescalin, etc. used improperly can and DOES fuck some people up BAD.
ybyainc 1 year ago
@ybyainc - That has no bearing on anything I said. Just because some minors took "a lot" of LSD in excess and fucked themselves up should not completely void the rights of adults who use it repsonsibly. I am quite aware of the power of psychedelics. You're basing everything you know on the bad decisions that others made and totally overlooking the positive effects that can come from responsible use. The few who fuck themselves up on should not ruin it for everyone.
ledbowman 1 year ago
@ybyainc - You must have reading comprehension problems because you still haven't given one solid argument as to why people who have spiritual experiences with psilocybin should be forbidden to do so, while people who "speak with God" by more "traditional" means should be allowed to do so... It's repression.
ledbowman 1 year ago
@ledbowman You have comprehension problems in general. Its not a matter of having the right to practice religion, its about consuming a mind altering substance. Religious belief has no effect on basic law, . (separation of church and state) What the law does not forbid, it condones. The law should not condone total freedom for people to consume powerful mind altering chemicals. Im fine with regulated use of psychedelics but for the law to condone open and free use of it is just idiotic.
ybyainc 1 year ago
@ybyainc - People who pray on their knees with thier hands under their chins to be "in touch" with God have every right to do so in this country, so it's hypocritical to say "this harmless spiritual ritual is okay, but this one is not." Freedom of Religion. To stamp out a certain way of practicing spirituality is a violation of, as I said, civil rights and the very reason America exists. I'd say you're (not "your") the stupid one if you don't see that.
ledbowman 1 year ago
Or as Terence McKenna said (so much more eloquently than I): "We're playing with half a deck as long as we tolerate that the cardinals of government and science should dictate where human curiousity can legitimately send its attention and where it can not. It's an essentially preposterous situation. It is essentially a civil rights issue, because what we're talking about here is the repression of a religious sensibility. In fact, not a religious sensibility, the religious sensibility."

the bad experiances aren't real products of the drug itself, but the atmosphere around its use and the user. if someone takes a substance that does help you understand yourself and the world better, the problems they had buried in thier minds will show themselves, often for some it is terrifying.
renzokata 2 years ago
people can be so ignorant. hundreds of thousands of scientists looking for answers about our universe and yet the ways we could easily see things that are real, just behind the curtian scientists havent learned. our true knowledge about these substances and thier potential is largely unknown by the public because it is looked upon as a taboo.

ShroomSamich 2 years ago 2
This shift away from religion to so-called spirituality is interesting. I know that there are many negative connotations associated with the word religion, but lets not forget that some of the first people to ingest magic mushrooms most likely did so among peers and within the regimented structure of religious rituals. Look at todays youtube videos showing peoples salvia trips. There is a ritual to the consumption, typically involving friends, a camera and shared laughter. Is this not religion?

You really can't abuse mushrooms. Your body makes an immediate tolerance to it, so you'd have to take double the dose, etc., etc. Very quickly you wouldn't be able to obtain/eat that amount and would have to back off.

i recommend to all those who want to know God to pray before you eat the mushrooms and pray alone and ask God to COME AND DINE WITH YOU and beleive and then boil the mushrooms(about 10 grams) and then just drink the water---God very likly will show up and my guess is that is presence would be as strong as it was when he gave moses the ten commandments and i am serious--God is real and his presence tends to be really strong when eating mushrooms and God;s presence is just an awareness of God--

TrustGodsHolyGarden 2 years ago
Since the times of the apostles no one was send by God to communicate the Holy Spirit to people. People now days are usually being baptized in the Holy Spirit pararelly with the process of a strong intoxication, since God prefers not to force anyone to experience strong spiritual feelings in sober state, but reveals himself and his Son within people while they out of their own free choice are strongly intoxicated. Otherwise the path of God is sober, so God is letting demons plague addicts.

one problem with allegros work, is he suggest the amanita muscaria, but the bible itself suggests the psilocybe species.
the amanita dose not contain psilocin/cybin. nor does it grow in a cow pasture ( wilderness = midbar = cowpasture ).
however both mushrooms are candidates.
also the muscaria dont melt when the sun waxes hot (in the field), some take up to a week to fully grow.
whereas the psilocybe species tends to "appear" out of the mist & melt when the sun comes out.
