who cares about the genre - genre police all over youtube - feedback: got some good riffs - too many riffs are overplayed though - follow the 4 rule of thumb - i made it - dont play the same riff over 4 measures and dont play the same riff within 4 measures of itself - it gets kind of boring otherwise - for ex: from 0:44 - 1:38 u played the same two riffs alternated - thats almost a minute of hearing the same stuff - too long especially since u come back to it later = modify it somehow.

You would be able to get a realy nice crunch tone that would compliment your playing naturaly from that amp. Distortion pedals make you sound narrow and sloppy. You have a nice guitar and a killer amp. I went through a pedal phase, it was awesome at the time; now nothing gets in the way of my valve amp with 6l6's and my explorer with 81/85. Yuo dont need that much distortion to sound heavy either my friend :D
