@driftster99 yes, but if u do the uppipe, make sure it has a flex joint.

@driftster99 they do give the car a more aggressive sound, the stockers are good but it does muffle the sound a little... and yes they do give u more power, however, most people make it one of the last mods. 4 to 1 headers give u more tq and a little more hp. the equal length headers give u more mid and top end hp and tq, but they also change the sound. sounds more like an evo.

@RTree613 might get some of those myself.... but if u have an EJ20 wrx, then u would need to change the oil pan (to the 06+ wrx or 04+ sti) for the equal lengths, if u have an EJ255 wrx, u most likely have to change the oil cooler assembly to an sti or 02-05 wrx one.

i like them a lot, but i can't lie, they did crack, right at the flange. i was using a hard uppipe. so i had them welded, and replaced the uppipe with a grimmspeed flex one. havent had a problem with them since.

I love them. I don't think they are too bouncy at all. That's the main reason I bought them, becaue they ride just a little stiffer than stock, but nothing crazy. Great for your daily driver. If you are trying to decide what springs to get, give the guys at RCE (race comp engineering) a call. They are suspension guru's.

machV makes some springs similar to the prodrives in ride height and ride quality and cost half as much. i've also heard the tanabe gf210s ride ok too.

yeah ive actually heard they are almost exactly the same, and mach v is only 15 minutes away from me which is good.

have you considered getting shocks/struts as well? im not sure if i want to get both or just springs to start out.

yea i have, tokico struts are what I was looking at, but i was told the prodrives were made for stock struts and i don't beat my car so i think i will be ok for a while.

I need something answered. The 06 is catless at the upppipe. I'm thinking about getting an aftermarket uppipe but don't know if it is worth it. Is the aftermarket uppipe different in diameter from stock. I know stock is claimed as being "corrugated" but if diameter is the same then how much HP can you get? Will it really spool th eturbo fasster? Again...catless vs. catless(corrugated).

well i really recommend getting a tune; your not taking advantage of much but the turbo back using the ots map.

im planning to get a setup like yours and then get a protune and then wait a while for a bigger turbo.

Thanks man. Honestly, I don't think it's that loud compared to some of the other subies I've been in. It does get kind of loud when I'm accelerating. So sometimes I do wish I had gotten something a LITTLE quieter though. The only one I have considered is the Helix exhaust, but I like this one too much to get rid of it lol.
