@justnicknet ... some people are really deaftoned ... its obviously iggy ... but r you kidding me tho !!???-jimmy's voice is legend!! ... i love his voice!!!- it has so many dynamics and improves ... he can one minute sing in a deep smouldering voice such as on the passenger(verses), china girl, gimme danger etc ... to the sharp shilling voice he has on songs like i wanna be your dog, shake appeal, tv eye etc and his live shows and re-recordings up to date still show this-his voice is amazing!

It's def Iggy paying homage to Bowie. They are best of friends. Bowie has been influenced by Iggy so much. Iggy admits that Bowie rescued his career. Iggy was in a 'mental hospital'. Bowie was the only person to come and visit him. Despite his image Bowie is a real gentleman. And they both have made some great music together.

Never heard Iggy do a Bowie-song before (exept the ones the wrote togeter of course), so fun to hear. I have to say that I think Bowie does it much better though. But I guess that is fair as Iggy does his own songs better in general than Bowie when covering them.
