the problem with korn today is its not focused on the music anymore, its the singing, and the music just plays underneath it,

the vocals in alternative music should compliment the music, not the other way around,

these days, its soft part where jon sings, then heavy part where jon sings,

theres no clever transitions, cool bridges and interludes etc anymore, and its too soft/ heavy, rather then organic like their first 2 albums

a video and song was leaked recently and it's like a mix of their first album and their untitled album: the song is really heavy at first but has this long clean guitar type section. not as heavy as i'd want korn to be but considerably better than anything since untouchables imo

i find them too mechanical, like its either a soft part for jonathon to sing and then a heavy part for screaming, its not flowing like it did back int he days,
