You just get it from either the Apple store or the carrier's t

store. You are *supposed* to fill out the contract on itunes, but thats where you step in and unlock it.

Yeah, they say you lose your warranty, but my jailbroken iphone recently quit responding to touch...so I restored it using itunes and then sent it in...they never knew. They couldnt fix the problem with the phone, so they sent me a new one :D
