You can more than double that if you have a good heavy armor skill. I have heavy armor at 100 with all the perks and my daedric armor has over 500 armor rating. But I haven't improved it to a maximum yet. My alchemy and enchanting skills are like 91.

There isn't any where specifically to find these enchantments you have to find them randomly, examples are (chests, vendors - note* not all vendors will always have an item with an enchantment just keep looking, drops, etc..) over time you will get them just always disenchant what you find.

100 smithing +100 enchanting(create as many fortify onehanded items) +100 one-handed skill (twin daedric swordsor maces or axes fully upgraded and optionally enchanted)= 350 damage rate which is doubled with power attack.I can kill ancient dragons with simply two power attacks

for some reason this isin't working. i don't know if it is because it has been patched, or i'm doing it wrong. i set a batch file to give me 5 new items every round,(gauntlets,ring,circlet,­falmer helm,necklace) and i followed your steps, drink potion, enchant, make potions, repeat on new items but its staying at 25% and i cant seem to go any higher on the items. any idea what i'm doing wrong? my skills are 100 and i have the proper perks.

I put my items in a chest in Dragonsreach, then killed the dragon and came back. I checked the chest, and all the items I had to "steal" back, but when I looked at them in my inventory, it didn't say they were stolen.
