i noticed that when i went back to south africa for holiday, that the roads are getting really bad. you can't even see the road markings anymore. and the traffic is starting to get to much for the roads to handle as well as the robots being horribly out of time. i was coming back from sandton city at about 4-5pm and the traffic lights were so bad, everybody was just going when they wanted. this is around midrand, sunninghill, randburg, sandton etc..

That's not the government's job at all. How does the government "feed" people? It taxes them. The best is if you not happy just leave go somewhere else. I am an ex South African now living in England. M8 things are much better here, I can have a black friend or speak to another nation and no comment will be made. As for this video on SA roads,in England the people will stop for you to pass, we pull over where we can stop and cars would pass us when safe to do so, yes our roads here are much smaller but not on all of them only in the villages

Maybe this is just another "ignorant" American speaking, but the idea that the government can "feed people" is just as absurd as the idea that the government can provide pretty much anything to anyone. That's not the government's job at all. How does the government "feed" people? It taxes them. Therefore, really all it's doing is stealing from people who work and giving it to people who refuse to and are worthless.

The government can no more create jobs than it can create food. Government can only "create jobs" at the expense of private sector ones, because that money it "pays" for everything with is taken from taxpayers. The money doesn't magically come from nowhere. The tax dollars taken from people could be used to create real jobs, not just bullshit make-work jobs building roads and planting fucking palm trees.

I was born and raised in south africa from 1981 - 1997. My parents moved to the states and we live around philly now... You can not compare the two. SA is much worse, goes deeper than just what you see... People can't afford to have nice things because they will simply be robbed and taken from you, so you are safer not having nice things even if you have the money to buy it. - Kind of sad!
