The great benefit of the Infitec Dolby3D glasses is that it doesn't matter where you're sitting anymore - off on the side is just as good as in the middle. The separation is done by wavelength multiplexing so each eye sees its own "channel" of Red, Green, and Blue. Unlike the old polarized glasses, the orientation of the viewer to the screen doesn't matter. I work in a production facility that makes the lenses for the glasses - they are very cool technology.
i have seen several movies in 3d with dolby 3D and it is far better then Real D and that's not my opinion its fact. Avatar is awesome in dolby. Even the premiere was dolby 3D.
I'm from Poland and we've got only 2 kinds of 3D Cinema systems: Dolby 3D and IMAX. And the Dolby provides much much better - crisper, sharper, brighter view and no distortion you get at IMAX cinemas.
Dolby 3D won't look that good if you go to a non-Studio Movie Grill theater. It will be MUCH more dim. I am sure you have noticed that SMG movies in general look better than at other complexes, correct?
@RadioactiveReviewsTV i agree 100 % with u bro about ur review oh if you want ur own pair of dolby glasses here are two links for you bro nb 1. cgi.ebay.com/star-tours-glasses-opening-day-/120734471154? cgi.ebay.com/dolby-3d-digital-cinema-viewing-glasses-new-
Nope, it's the same camera we usually use, but the lighting was a bit better in this one than usual. I'm trying to make them look better than home video : )
The first one was the only good one, it had developed charcters, a driven story line. I dont know what happened. The the rest was just excuse to see people die in gnarly ways. Thats all it was, was death after death. No deep charcters, mediocore acting, horrible script. Ridiculous. It would have been nice to have seen all the movies been connected since in all the movies a teen has to have for seen the accident, can u say repetitive? In conclusion the whole series was a dissapointment
I think the difference in 3D technology is that the old 3D glasses used simple mindtrickes, with the glasses merging 2 seperately colored images. The new 3D tech uses computer-rendered images instead of differently colored layers of the same motion.
I believe the trick is the same, only higher tech, from what I have gathered. RealD uses polarized lenses instead of red/blue. I'm not sure about Dolby, but I definitely thought it looked the best I've ever seen. If you remove the Dolby glasses, there are two misaligned images onscreen, only they're the same color.
it was amazing in 3d. saw it in reald. i saw my bloody valentine 3d and wasnt impressed, but this was way better! and i really think they could do it with anything movie cuz the quality of the whole movie just looks WAY better, and it makes it seem like youre there, even if nothings popping out.
and there were tons of jumps in this cuz of the 3d.

Aw, I thought the first couple were really fun, but yes, repetitive is the key word.

I dont understand watching that movie when you know everybody is going to die.
alotofcheese76 2 years ago
I don't know... I re-watch movies all the time even though I know the ending. But with this one I was mainly interested in the new 3D technology.
RadioactiveReviewsTV 2 years ago
well I mean most movies I rewatch are movies that are really good.
But this one is like even before you watch it you know that everybody is going to die, and I hate it when eveybody dies for no reason. =(
But yeah 3D whoo!

I'm glad to hear that it looked great in RealD... that means that the movie itself looks awesome. I agree. It felt like you were in the movie.

what all movies do you review or do you do any?
runebagel 2 years ago
You mean genres? We review anything, although I'm personally a big horror fan, so I tend to review more of that genre than any other -Frank

Depends on the movie... there are some horror films that have great storytelling and suspense! But I love some of the senseless ones, too...
